How can I register?
Europik.com is an on-line recruitment site, which gives you the possibility to register your CV in our database. At the same time, europik.com allows the employers to post available job offers and select their candidates from the data base of the site.
The registration and administration of the account in the data base of the europik.com assumes observance of the several steps, as follows:
In order to create an user account one has to fill in a registration form. In order to do so, pieces of information will be required as follows: a valid e-mail address, your name and surname, password of the account, country of origin, time zone, educational background, and the level of professional experience. Optionally, you are asked to show the postal code and to express your consent to send informational e-mails, with newly emerged job offers and which are relevant for you.
The user account will be created by filling in a registration form. In order to fill in, the following pieces of information will be required: surname, name, name and address of the company (mandatory rubrics), telephone number, registration code in the Commerce Register and the fiscal registration code (optional rubrics). Also, in the section concerning the user, it will be required to show the name of the user, password of the account and a valid e-mail address. As additional information, it is required the field of activity the company operates in, and the number of employees. Once the acceptance of terms is confirmed, the account will be created.
How do I administrate the account?
On the page of the account administration you will have the possibility to register your CV in our data base and make changes any time you may consider necessary. Also, on the administration page you will be able to search through the available vacancies and apply thereon. At the same time, there are statistics provided, regarding the number of applications, number of invitations and participants for interviews, as well as job offers that you might be interested in.
On the account of the administration page, you will have the possibility to add job offers, to see/save CVs in the data base, see the list of available price packages, purchase chosen package(s), see/amend the data about the company. Also, on the administration page there are provided statistics concerning the activity of the account, active services and historical background of the activity. In the message section you will be able to see/send messages to candidates.
How is interview organized?
After you have applied for a vacancy available of the site, in the extent to which the employer has seen the application and wants to schedule an interview, he/she has the possibility to convey you a message for establishing an interview, a message that you can see in the message section of your account. Thus, the europik.com site provides the possibility that via this messaging system one can establish, jointly with the employer, the details on running the interview.
In case when the interview cannot be held either at the office of the employer or at the locations convened thereby, the europik.com site offers possibility to run an interview by means of a video connection on real time, straight from your account. Thus, as on the date and time established on mutual consent, the employer will open a video session to run the interview. In order to run the interview online, you will need a device to connect to the Internet, webcam and microphone. On the page of the website where the interview will be held online, you will have a section where the image will be displayed, coming from you webcam, and next to that the image of the person who is taking the interview. At the same time, on the lower side of the window there is also a window where you will be able to chat with the interlocutor, on real time.
After you have identified potential candidates and want to schedule interviews with them, you have the option to send messages to your selected candidates, and get answers from them. Thus, by this messaging system, you will be able to schedule, on mutual agreement, date and hour of running the interviews.
In case when the candidate will not be able to come to the office of the company or location determined by you, for running the interview, the europik.com site offers the possibility to run the interview by means of getting a video connection in real time, strait from your account. Thus, on the date and hour established by mutual consent, you have the possibility to initiate a video session to run the interview. In order to run the interview online, you will need a devise to connect to the Internet, webcam and microphone. On the page of the site where the interview will be held online, you will have a section where there is the image displayed by your webcam, and next to that the image of the person interviewed. At the same time, on the lower side of the window, there is a section by means of which you will be able to chat with the interlocutor, in real time.
Are the europik.com services free?
Services provided by the europik.com to candidates: submission of CVs and searching for jobs are free. For the employers, there has been developed an offer of services, comprising all the needs, which you can see in the section Packages of the site europik.com.
